The 37th World Diamond Congress was held in May 2016. in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. All IDMA member meetings were was held on the 54th floor of the Almas tower, in the – at that time – soon to be augurated trading hall of the Dubai Diamond Exchange, which operates under the auspices of the Dubai Multi Commodities Center. What a view!
