Zuaretz began his career working for David Arabov as a salesman. He became a partner in 2004, taking over the management of the business. A few years later, he founded D.N. Diamonds with Tzahi Arabov, manufacturing large stones. D.N. Diamonds is one of the Israel’s largest exporters.

He has served as treasurer of the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE) and chairman of IDE’s Security Committee.

Nissim Zuartz was elected as President of the Israel Diamond Manufacturers Association (IsDMA) in 2020 and serves as the organization’s 13th president. He replaced Jacob Korn, who had been in office since 2014.
